VA Disability Compensation and Pension Claim Appeals

The sad truth is that VA claims are too often wrongfully denied. Some denials are due to a clear and unmistakable error and should have never occurred. Other denials may require new and material evidence to win an appeal. As a VA Accredited Claims Agent, I fight for my claimants every step of the way no matter how big or small the claim may be. The different types of VA benefits claims include:

  • Service Connected Disability Compensation
  • Non-Service Connected Pension
  • Death and Indemnity Compensation (DIC)

Although I take on all types of VA disability compensation and pension claim appeals, my focus is mainly on compensation and pension claims that need the most attention including:

  • Agent Orange Presumptive Diseases
  • Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI)
  • Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
  • Aid & Attendance

The appeals process ranges from filing a Notice of Disagreement (NOD), requesting a Decision Review Officer (DRO) Hearing, to representing the claimant before the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA).

You served your country. Now it’s time for your country to serve you.
